CONNELLY SHEILA YETIVE (POWERS)|
79, of West Mifflin, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at the Forbes Hospice at West Penn Hospital. A daughter of the late William M. and Margaret (Price) Powers, she was a 1952 graduate of Duquesne High School and formerly worked at U.S. Steel and Santell Market Research. She enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles, card games, and pretending to attend the Oscars. She was the wife of 50 years to John W. "Jack" Connelly, Jr.; mother to John W. Connelly III (Erin Felix) and Timothy P. Connelly; sister to Anita Urmson, Lovenia Ashoff, Willetta Piatt, Ann Martin, William M. Powers, Jr., and to the late Mary Margaret Ashoff, George A. Powers, and Elizabeth Jane Powers; and aunt to many nieces and nephews. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public services or visitation.
