Dear Ginny, Linda, Jim, and dear Mrs. Bentz,
Phil, my mother and I are deeply sorry for your loss. Mr. Bentz was a gift to the world...what a kind, wise and generous man he was. May you find peace in the blessed hope that only God can give us through Christ, knowing that you will see your wonderful father and husband again and when you do, he will be strong and well. Jim,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of your dad. He was a great man. He and your mom balanced each other. They were a great couple. I pray for both of them. May the wonderful memories you have sustain you in this time of sorrow .

Fond memories of sitting in front of Judge Bentz and Maria at church. He had good hearing and a great sense of humor! And he was very proud of his family, holidays the pew was filled with Grandpa often in the middle!

Warren Bentz, as a Judge, was more accomplished as a lawyer and a person than most all of us who practiced before him, yet he was unfailingly humble and always treated lawyers and their clients with dignity and respect. God bless him.

The Judge and I were warriors in the handball court. He taught me the game.
He was admired and liked by all the YMCA membership.

Judge Bentz was one of my favorite people growing up at F.U.M.C. He was a strong Christian man who loved God, but most of all loved his family. Mr. Bentz was a exceptional member of the Erie Community and will be forever missed.
