HAROLD RICHARD
On February 16, 2017, Harold Richard Trunick, age 83, of Franklin Park, beloved husband of Virginia Stumpf Trunick; father of Tracey (Gregory) Lintelman of Exeter, NH; grandfather of Taylor Lintelman; brother of Shirley Tyson, Leah Carlisle and the late Charles, Elmer and William Trunick, Audry Kirsch, and Beverly McCann. Harold and his two brothers made up the outfield for their baseball team. He was drafted by the Brooklyn Dodgers out of high school. He was also drafted by the Army and served in the Korean War in the 3rd Infantry Division as a medic attached to the 64th Tank Battalion. Friends received Monday, February 20, 2017, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7720 Perry Highway. A Church Service will be held on Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at Heritage Presbyterian Church, 2262 Rochester Road. Contributions may be made to American Heart Association, www.heart.org; American Lung Association, www.lung.org; or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, www.aspca.org/donate. www.simonsfuneralhome.com

We will really miss you at our family gatherings,especially your sheepish grin when he would call you his "favorite niece" if you passed him with a plate of food or were going inside for more. Of course none of us ever minded going along with his antics.
