I knew CONSAD corporation and had govem a contract to Dr. Nazir Dossani when I was at Mitre Corporation. They did an excellent job on the contract and on other contracts . I enjoyed reading their reports.

I worked at Consad from April 1970 to October 1972. I liked Will a lot and I remember working with him on a cost reduction and operations improvement project for the City of Detroit. I knew his first wife also. My condolences to his second wife (Sheila) and his four children.

To The Steger Family:
It is with great sadness learning of the passing of Mr. Will. Since he was in Juniper Village, I had befriended him and had many a great moment with him.My wife being a resident of the facility also, I frequented the place a lot and each time looked for Mr. Will as I called him to see that beautiful smile of his which he greeted me with all the time. My most cherishing moment with Mr. Will was on Friday, April 21, 2017 when I went to his room and begged him to give me that beautiful smile and he did just that with Fran there to witness. I will never forget Mr. Will and know that he is in the arms of The Almighty. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss.

Gail, Adam and I will greatly miss my father's dear cousin. I know my father considered him a brother, and his kindness, thoughtfulness and, indeed, sense of fun, have left an indelible mark on us all.
My deepest sympathies to the entire Steger family.

With love,

Seth
