MARCUS L.
Of Pittsburgh, age 34 on Thursday, July 22, 2004; beloved son of Louis and Carol Ruscitto of Peters Township; loving brother of Marcy Judy, Michael Ruscitto and Marla Ruscitto; uncle of Preston Louis Judy; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Ruscitto is the Interim Executive Director of 3 Rivers Communications. He was Co-founder of Stargate Industries LLC, with his brother Michael. As CEO of Stargate Mr. Ruscitto was acknowledged and honored with many of the cities most prestigious awards including The American Business Ethics Award, Fastest Growing Inner City Company by both The Initiate for a Competitive Inner City and Inc Magazine. Mr. Ruscitto currently served as a Director of Net Health and is on the Advisory Committee of Entrepreneurs Network which is affiliated with the Pittsburgh Technology Council. He was a two time nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Ruscitto also serves on the Board of Directors of a number of local and statewide organizations including the United Way of Allegheny County, The Logic House, WQED Multimedia, and #3 Rivers Connect. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Burger King Cancer Caring Center and sits on the Technology Advisory Committee for Combine.net, a successful supply chain optimization firm quickly gaining traction with the Fortune 500 crowd. Mr. Ruscitto is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Miami University of OH with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance.Funeral Arrangements by BEINHAUERS, Friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, Peters Twp. (724) 941-3211, Saturday 4-9pm and Sunday, 1-9pm. Funeral Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh, 320 Sixth Avenue, Downtown, Monday 11am.
