ELIZABETH (BETTY) HUTTER
Of Ingomar, on December 8, 2002. Born in Austria-Hungary Nov. 3, 1913, the youngest daughter of Adam & Rosina (Freitag) Hutter. She was a member of Ingomar United Methodist Church. Resident of Ingomar, McCandless Twp. for 48 years and a resident of I.H.S. of Greater Pittsburgh, Greensburg since Oct. 2000. Betty received her undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and her Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Pittsburgh. She was employed by the Pittsburgh Board of Education for 23 years as a Home & School Visitor. She retired in 1981. During her retirement she was a volunteer with Kane Hospital & Meals on Wheels. She loved animals and raised Dachhounds for many years. Preceded in death by her husband B.F. (Bob) Brooker in 1968, also 2 sisters Katharine Werle and Theresa Webber, & 2 brothers Phillip & Adam Hutter. Surviving are 2 children, daughter: Elizabeth Ann Tamasy & husband Timothy James of Greensburgh, son: David H. Brooker & girlfriend Debra Madden of Tybee Island, GA; 2 grandchildren: Timothy Joseph Tamasy & wife Lori of Marysville, OH, Matthew David Tamasy & wife Jamie of Pgh., PA; also surviving are 3 step-daughters: Lillian Morse, Beverly Study & husband Donald, & Mariam Pegher of Cleveland, OH; 2 step-sons Robert Brooker & wife Jean of Kankakee, IL, William Brooker & his wife Lori of Shady Hills, FL; 1 sister-in-law: Catherine Hutter of Dunwoody, GA & numerous nieces, nephews & step-grandchildren. Friends received Tues, 6-8 PM at H.P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1032 Perry Highway, Perrysville. Funeral Wed. 11AM Ingomar United Methodist Church. Everyone to meet at Church.
