Richard "Digger" Dahle, 75, of Salmon, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015, in Idaho Falls. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center. Danielson, Roy*  
Ralph LeRoy "Roy" Danielson, 88, of Ammon, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at The Gables of Ammon. He was under the care of Encompass Hospice. Roy was born April 21, 1926, in Garfield, Idaho, to Daniel Enoch and Emma Elizabeth Jeffs Danielson. He grew up in Garfield and Rigby. He graduated from Rigby in the ninth grade. He received his high school diploma in 2005 from Idaho Falls High School when he was 78 years old. He served in World War II and Korean War for the United States Army. He received the Good Conduct Medal. On Aug. 29, 1947, in Rigby, he married Marcella Dorothy Wille. They were married for 68 years and had 10 children. Roy lived in: Garfield; New Sweden, Idaho; Idaho Falls; Phenix City, Ala.; and Ririe. He worked in the sheep camp, was a farm hand, for Snake River Irrigation, McCluskey Ford and Pacific Container. He was a Catholic and an active member of the St. Patrick's Chruch in Phenix City. He helped feed the community. Along with getting in trouble with the boys, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cutting wood and fixing stuff. Roy had great integrity and was creative. He was the most patient, kind-hearted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and friend that anyone could ever have, funny and loveable. He is survived by his wife, Marcella Danielson of Ammon; sons, Frank (Skitch) Danielson of Smith, Ala., Jimmy (Marylyn) Danielson of Shelley, Ricky (Maria) Danielson of Idaho Falls, John Danielson of Idaho Falls and Kevin (Barbara) Danielson of Edna, Kan.; daughters, Diana Hollist of Idaho Falls, Linda (Marion) Sauer of Idaho Falls and JoAnn (Dan) Croft of Blackfoot; 22 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his two daughters, Dorothy and Rosemary, his parents, six sisters and four brothers. Military rites will be performed at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery, 600 S. Yellowstone Highway. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.coltrinmortuary.com .

Dittman, Betty Jo*  
Betty Jo Dittmann, 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at MorningStar Senior Living in Idaho Falls. She was born Dec. 16, 1932, in Owensboro, Ky., to James W. and Suerillian Cheshire. She married Klaus 'Ditty' Dittmann on Sept. 4, 1954, in Detroit and was employed at General Motors for 30 years. When they retired in 1985, Betty Jo and Ditty moved to Sedona, Ariz., where they enjoyed new friends, golf and the beautiful scenery. After Ditty passed away in 2011, she moved to Idaho Falls to be close to her daughter and son-in-law. Betty Jo is survived by her daughter Heidi Urbanski (Charlie), of Idaho Falls, and her little dog and constant companion, Toby. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, her parents, two brothers and two sisters. We cannot thank the staff at MorningStar enough. They cared for Betty Jo and treated her, Heidi and Charlie as family. The CloudNine Agency and Hearts for Hospice provided much appreciated support throughout her final weeks. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date at Christ Lutheran Church in Sedona, Ariz. Online condolences may be left at www.buckmillerhann.com .
