Bette Ann "BeAnn" Colvin Walker Wells, 65, of Ammon, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014, at her home.
She was born Jan. 13, 1949, in Idaho Falls to William Wilford Colvin and Esther Leona Hayes Colvin. She grew up and attended schools in the area.
In 1964, she married Errol Walker in Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and homemaker. She enjoyed crafts, camping, fishing, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors are her daughters, Valette Leare (Jesse) Finigan of Renton, Wash., Jeannetta (William Hudson) Finigan of Idaho Falls, Becky Jo (Patrick) Patterson of Renton, Wash., and Pamela Walker of Auburn, Wash.; brothers, Richard (Krista) Colvin of Daytona Beach, Fla., Randy Lynn Colvin of Rigby, and Valdean (Pattie) Colvin and Michael (Marsha) Colvin, both of Idaho Falls; sisters, Mary Keele of Rigby and June Jackson of Ucon; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, Errol Walker; a son, Tracey Walker; a daughter, Theresa Walton; a granddaughter, Shawntel Garner; and a brother, William Colvin.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave. in Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Saturday prior to services at the funeral home.
