Sarah "Sallie" Jeanette Saffle Dimitt passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011.
She was born Aug. 18, 1933, to Joe Henry and Mary Saffle of Waco, Texas. She graduated from school at Pearland, Texas, in the year of our Lord 1951.
She was married to Leonard Grant Dimitt on June 3, 1951.
She is survived by her brother Joe David Saffle; five children, Danny (Rachel) Dimitt, Dave (Linda) Dimitt, Pennye (Larry) Grover, Laura Hill and Aaron (Cheryl) Dimitt; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Saffle Olin; her brother, John (Buddy) Saffle; and her husband, L. Grant Dimitt.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 8, at the Canyon Lake United Methodist Church in Canyon Lake, Texas.
