John David Moore, 38, passed away of natural causes Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
John was born March 22, 1975, to R. David Moore and Pamela Lynn Bouldin in American Falls, Idaho.
John spent his last couple high school years in Idaho Falls, where he played with numerous bands. He moved to San Diego, where he worked at True Value Hardware. He then moved to Palm Springs and continued to work for True Value Hardware. Upon moving back to Idaho Falls, John was employed at Optical Illusions.
John graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1993 and attended college courses at Idaho State University.
John married Julie Galbraith on July 29, 2007, in San Diego.
John adored his wife, Julie, and loved music. He and his band moved to San Diego to pursue his rock star dream. John loved the beach and playing with his nieces and nephews. John could always make you laugh. He was an avid Red Wings hockey team fan.
John is survived by his wife, Julie of Idaho Falls; his father, David, and stepmother, Trish Moore of Blackfoot; mother, Pamela, and stepfather, Bobby Bouldin of Mesa, Ariz.; brothers, Justin Moore of Sheboygan, Wis., Brandon (Kristin) Moore of Aurora, Colo., and Cameron (Rachel) Bouldin of Mesa, Ariz.; and sisters, Briana Bouldin of Mesa, Ariz., Kymri Bouldin of Mesa, Ariz., and Megan Ann Moore of Blackfoot.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 14, at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th St. in Idaho Falls. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
