Justin D. Heath, 72, of Coudersport, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 in his home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born April 6, 1942 in Olean, NY, he was a son of Paul Dennis and Dorotha Heath.
Justin was raised in Ulysses, PA and was a graduate of Northern Potter High School, Class of 1960. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1960 to 1964.
He resided in Connecticut for over 40 years and was employed at Beacon Electric in Hartford, retiring in 2004. He then moved back to Potter County, residing in Coudersport for the past 9 years.
Justin enjoyed bowling, golfing and anything to do with the New York Yankees. He enjoyed having breakfast at the Maple Tree Restaurant in Coudersport and supper at Kaytee's Family Restaurant in Coudersport with his many friends on a daily basis.
Surviving are three brothers, Stephen Briggs of Florida, Lynn (Leah) Briggs of Bristol, CT, and Philip Briggs of Ohio; a sister, Paula Lane (Michael) Floryan of Cromwell, CT; several nieces and nephews; and his many friends in Coudersport who lovingly supported and helped care for him in his fight against cancer.
In addition to his parents, Justin was predeceased by two brothers, Rodney and Randy Briggs.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
