Clinton K. ""Booga"" Batterson, 23, of Galeton died on Friday, July 15, 2011. He was born on Jan. 30, 1988, at the Langley Air Force Base, Va., son of Timothy and Teresa (Fuller) Batterson, who both survive.

He graduated from Galeton High School in 2006 and attended Mansfield University where he was a part of the Fishery Biology Program. Clinton worked as a Sales Engineer at Level 3 Communications and was a Snowboard Instructor at Ski Denton. He was an avid sportsman and loved the outdoors. He especially enjoyed playing soccer, snowboarding, tropical fish, and spending time with his daughter, Tegan, singing and playing the guitar for her.
He is survived by his parents, Tim and Teri Batterson; his wife, Christin Michelle Piccone Batterson of Galeton; a daughter, Tegan Ellie Batterson; a son, due Aug. 7, 2011, Jobe Marcus Batterson; two sisters, Michelle (Edid Martinez) Batterson and Angella (Dustin) Smith both of Galeton; paternal grandfather, Richard Batterson of Galeton; special friends, Randy Tindal, Marcus Brown and Randy Reiter; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Clinton was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Lois Batterson and his maternal grandparents, Tink Fuller, Edith and Donald Greene.
Friends may call at the Coudersport Gospel Tabernacle on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from noon to 1 p.m., with Memorial Service following at 1 p.m. The Rev. David Minor Sr. will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for his children's future.
