JAMES F. CAMPBELL, 86, OF SPRING CITY James F. Campbell, 86, of Spring City, PA, died on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Golden Living Center, Phoenixville, PA. He was the husband of the late Ethel H. (Karlik) Campbell. Born in Newark, NJ, he was a son of the late James F. Campbell, Sr. and Esther (Braithwaite) Campbell. Mr. Campbell was a professional engineer. He was a former Vice President of STV, Inc., Douglassville, PA. An avid outdoorsman, he was a member of the Adirondack Forty Sixers. (Mountain Club). He was also an accomplished wood carver and oil painter. Survivors include one son, Jeffrey N. Campbell and his wife Katherine M. (Rhoads) Campbell of Hanover, MD; two daughters, Susan L., wife of Hans Reimann of Hellertown, PA, and Robin A., wife of Claude Weiss of Auburn, PA; four grandchildren, James, Lisa, Dan, Mike, and one great-granddaughter, Anna. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, John Campbell. Funeral services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. I had the pleasure of working with Jim for a few years at STV/Sanders & Thomas. He was always a joy to work with a always had a smile on his face. Few people strike me as he did. RIP Mr Campbell ^i^
