In Loving Memory of John C. Yocum IV who passed away on October 26, 2011.

I was one of John's lunchtime delivery drivers, and I only met John a few years ago, but in that short time he and I built up a nice rapport, me knocking and announcing myself as "Encyclopedia Salesman", or "Batman" always made him laugh. I remember one time I was delivering food and, since he wasn't wearing his leg, I found him scooting on his butt downstairs to get his mail, I told him I would get it for him from then on, but it took a little convincing for him to let me do that for him. John had a great stubborn spirit, and will be missed by myself and by those who knew him from Argento's. John, I wish I could bring you your 2 half gallons of ice tea and your newspaper, my thoughts and prayers are with your family

All who knew John are in my thoughts at this time. John and I worked together at both Boyertown Communications Center and Boyertown Ambulance. We lost contact when I left the area in 2001 but he found me on Facebook about a year ago and would chat from time to time. He will be missed.
