BARBARA ANN BROWN, 82, OF ROYERSFORD Barbara Ann (Clark) Brown, 82, widow of the late Edmond Brown, died Sunday in the Vitas Hospice Center, Philadelphia. She was born in Evansburg to the late James Clark and the late Elizabeth Clark Meitzler. Barbara resided most of her life in Spring City and Royersford. She was a member of the Royersford Church of the Nazarene and was an assistant in the church office. She volunteered at Project Outreach in Royersford and also the Election Polls. She was employed for many years at Unisys. Barbara enjoyed listening to talk radio. She is survived by a daughter, Judy, wife of David Detwiler, and three grandchildren, Traci Delancey, wife of Jeremy of Summerville, SC; Jeremy Detwiler, husband of Jennifer of Pittsburgh, and Stefanie Wenger, wife of Ryan of Carlise, PA; sister, Pasty Nelson, wife of Gene of Trout Run, PA; brother, Richard Clark of Clarksville, TN; six great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin and Amber Delancey; Blake and Gavin Wenger, and Sadie Detwiler. She was predeceased by a brother, Valentine Clark of Royersford, and a grandson, David Scott Detwiler. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Royersford Church of the Nazarene, 445 Washington Street, Royersford. The Rev. Larry Powell will officiate. Burial is private. Memorial gifts may be made in her memory to the Royersford Church of the Nazarene.
