David H. Shershen

DAVID H. SHERSHEN David H. Shershen died Tuesday in the Phoenixville Hospital. David was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Clarence and the late Lorraine (Pawlak) Shershen. A veteran of the US Navy, David served our country during the Vietnam War. David resided in Spring City for the past 20 years. He was employed by MJ Electric as an electrical contractor until his retirement. David was an avid football fan of Notre Dame, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Chicago Bears. He also enjoyed working with computers. David is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Roff, wife of Jeffrey Roff of Orlando, Florida; a sister, Clarice Petkus, wife of Michael Petkus of Dyer, Indiana, and two nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial service on Monday, February 18, 2013 at The Shalkop Grace and Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge St. Spring City, PA, at 7 p.m. The Rev. Paul Thornhill will officiate. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
