Earl H. Adam

EARL H. ADAM, 93, OF SASSAMANSVILLE Earl H. Adam, 93, widower of Betty M. (Gilbert) Adam of Hoffmansville Road, Sassamansville passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012 in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Greenwich Township, he was the son of the late Katie (Gift) and Herbert Adam. Earl was a WWII Army Veteran. He worked at Bally Case and Cooler, was a truck driver for Peter Brothers and worked for Doehler Jarvis for twenty years until his retirement. He was a member of Sassamansville Fire Company where he was a former president. He was a member of Pikeville Sportsman's Association. Earl was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by a brother, Harold, wife of Myrtle Adam of Telford; nephews, Richard Himmelberger, companion of Marylou Renninger of Oley and Scott Adam of Barto; nieces, Karen Squiccimara of Telford; Dianne Thoman of Seattle, Washington; and Vicki Boone of New Oxford. He was predeceased by a daughter, Joanne Heckman. Funeral services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W.
