ETHEL D. KRASLEY, 92, OF UPPER PROVIDENCE Ethel D. (Darrah) Krasley died November 10, 2011 at Parkhouse Providence Pointe in Upper Providence where she had been a resident. Mrs. Krasley was born in Norristown on April 8, 1919, a daughter of the late James and Ethel (Newton) Darrah. She was 92. Mrs. Krasley graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1937. She was a homemaker and enjoyed doing crafts, search-a-word, and collecting owls. She was a former member of the Mont Clare United Methodist Church as well as the AARP. Mrs. Krasley is survived by her husband of 70 years, Harold Krasley, who she married on April 26, 1941. Also surviving are her children, Sandra Hood (Walter) of Mont Clare and Larry Krasley (Kathy) of Chalfont, as well as seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the sister of James Darrah. She was preceded in death by her sister, Emile Burns. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service, Wednesday, November 16, 11 a.m., at the Good Shepherd Chapel of the Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, where a viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to the time of the service. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Contributions may be made in her memory to the Parkhouse Providence Pointe Residents' Fund, 1600 Black Rock Road, Royersford, PA 19468.
