Orpha Marie Queer

Orpha Marie Queer, 94, formerly of Royersford, passed away Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 at Sanatoga Center. She was the widow of Donald Queer.
She was born in Eddyville, Pa. to the late Melvin C. and Edith (Doverspike) Rumbaugh. A graduate of Kittanning High School, she worked for many years as a lab assistant for P.P.G. of Akron, Ohio. Orpha Marie was also a member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Audubon, PA.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Hall Imes, of Royersford, two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, three brothers and stepfather, Jacob Lucas.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington St. Royersford, PA 19468. Officiating will be the Rev. William Muller. Calling time is from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be private in Stahlstown Cemetery at the family's convenience.
