Robert Yeager

ROBERT YEAGER, 96, SPRING CITY Robert Yeager, 96, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in Southeastern Veterans Center. Robert was born in Pottstown, PA, to the late Harry and the late Marie (Heistand) Yeager. Robert resided most of his life in East Vincent Township, where he owned a family business. He served in the U. S. Army in Italy during World War II, where he received the Good Conduct Medal and the European African Middle Eastern Service Medal with four Bronze Stars. He was a member of the Coventry Hills Church of Christ in Pottstown. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2013 in Coventry Hills Church of Christ, 1339 S. Hanover St., Pottstown. Evangelists Emmitt Channell and Adam Ryman will be officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday prior to the service. Burial will be immediately following at the Brownback's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Spring City. The Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
