Theodore W. Hinaman

THEODORE W. HINAMAN, 93, OF BOYERTOWN Theodore W. Hinaman, 93, of Boyertown, Douglass Twp., formerly of Williamsport, PA, husband of the late Esther M. (Ream) Hinaman, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at his home after a battle with cancer. Born in Akron, OH, he was the son of the late Arthur W. and Mildred (Remmick) Hinaman. Ted was a US Marine Corp Veteran and a member of St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church in Douglassville where he was a Vestry member. He was also part owner and operator of Pottstown Trap Rock Quarries Inc. Ted was an avid flyer and was a member of the Pottstown YMCA where he enjoyed swimming. Surviving are sons Ted. W. Hinaman II and Steve R. Hinaman, husband of Theresa; brothers Jud and David Hinaman; and grandchildren Anne Hinaman, Stephanie Palmer, and Jennifer Eckert. Along with his wife and parents, he is predeceased by his daughter Linda Eckert, brothers Robert, Charles and Tom Hinaman and sister Doris Hinaman. A memorial service will be Thursday, October 3, 10:30 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church 1801 Chapel, 1188 Ben Franklin Highway E., Douglassville, with Fr. David Green officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum, Pottstown. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the chapel.
