ALICE M. WELSH, 93, OF PHOENIXVILLE Alice M. (Stauffer) Welsh, 93, wife of the late Carl E. Welsh, of Phoenixville, PA, died on Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Delano, PA, she was the daughter of the late Silas and Alice M. (Roberts) Stauffer. Alice was a member of First United Methodist Church in Phoenixville. Surviving are a daughter, Alice M. wife of Wayne Fowler ; son, Garfield Welsh and wife Mary; daughter-in-law, Judy Welsh; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Carl E. Welsh; brothers, Garfield and James; sister, Violet, and grandson, Frank Welsh. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the First United Methodist Church, 865 Main Street, Phoenixville, on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, PA.
