JAMES THOMAS WALSH, 77 James Thomas Walsh, 77, of Phoenix, AZ, peacefully passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. Born December 5, 1935, in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late John J. Walsh and Margaret (Kearns) Walsh. He served his country, consecutively wearing uniforms of the
U.S. Marine Corps
and Navy, and was a retired inspector, State of Arizona. Mr. Walsh is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Elizabeth (Gaasche) Walsh; his three sons, Tim of Phoenix, AZ; Mike of Care Free, AZ, and Jim of California, MD; his daughter, Mary Beth (Walsh) Keyser of Schwenksville, PA, and seven grandchildren he dearly loved. His favorite pastimes included camping with cherished friends in Rocky Point, golfing, fishing and yearly summer trips to the Jersey Shore. He will be sorely missed by family and friends. A celebration of Jim's life will be held Monday, December 17, 2012, Highlands Church, 9050 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
