MARGARET A. VIELHAUER, 83, OF PHOENIXVILLE Margaret A. "Peggy" Vielhauer, 83, of Phoenixville, widow of Charles L. Vielhauer Sr., passed on Thursday, October 11, 2012 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Emma (Glick) Schatz. She was raised in the Telford area and attended school there until leaving to help support her family. Peggy worked hard her entire life, before retiring from the former Computer Peripherals Inc. facility in Norristown. She was active in St. John's Lutheran church for many years. She loved to read and do crossword puzzles. She was predeceased by sisters, Vivian Gerhart and Midred Schatz, and brothers, James, David, and John Schatz. Surviving are sons, Joseph Patti Jr., companion of Debbie Foulds, Lansdale; Charles Vielhauer Jr. and Deb Oberdorf of North Coventry, and Roger Vielhauer of East Coventry; daughters, Donna Knauer, wife of Robert, Mont Clare, and Kelly, wife of Ben Burgess of Pottstown, and siblings Larry Schatz, husband of Terri of Frazer and Jean Landis of Telford. She is also survived by grandchildren, Anthony Thomas, Chelsea Vielhauer, Gabrielle Vielhauer and Autumn Wells; four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, as well as Dr. Anne Yawman, friend of the family. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 18, from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, 355 St. John's Circle, Phoenixville. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Cynthia Krommes officiating. Interment will be in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer. Memorial contributions in her name may be sent to St. John's Lutheran Church, Phoenixville.
