I have many fond memories of working with Dick. I remember giving him tickets to the fireworks shows at Longwood because he loved going there. I still have potholders made by his mother! He was such an inspiration. He will be missed.

Dick and I worked together for many years at the Chester County Planning Commission. He was my first "boss" there. Dick was a wonderful guy - so funny and witty. He was always whistling. He will be deeply missed.

What a true gentleman, As Director of Chestr County Planning, I fund Dick to be a wonderful compliment to our staff of mostly younger persons. They adored him, sought his counsel, followed his quiet leadership tips. I relied on him many times just or the historic perspectives he brought to the department. What a wonderful privilege to have been his associate. How lucky the family is to have enjoyed life with Dick, dad, grandpop husband inlaw. My memories of Richard will last the balance of my lifetime.
