ROSE M. SHIVAK, 90, OF PHOENIXVILLE Rose M. (Cutillo) Shivak, 90, wife of the late Andrew M. Shivak, of Phoenixville, PA, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 17, 2013 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Phoenixville, she was the daughter of the late Frank D. and Rose M. (Natale) Cutillo. She was a graduate of Phoenixville High School, class of 1941. She retired from Control Data Inc. in Audubon, PA. Rose was a lifelong member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Phoenixville. She is survived by her daughter, Rosemary A. Shivak of Phoenixville; sisters and brothers, Mary, wife of the late Wilbur Schaeffer of Phoenixville; Nancy, wife of the late Joseph Asbert of Phoenixville; Anna, wife of the late Philip Broski of Phoenixville; Josephine, wife of Joseph O'Neill of Phoenixville; Theresa Arneson of Pittsburgh, PA; Michael Cutillo and his wife, Elizabeth of Schwenksville, PA, and Anthony Cutillo and his wife, Anne of East Norriton, PA, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dominic Cutillo. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 212 Dayton Street, Phoenixville, on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Phoenixville. A viewing will be held in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, February 20, 2012 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday morning from 9 to 9:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 212 Dayton Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
