WALTER J. NODOLSKI, 82, OF POTTSTOWN Walter J. Nodolski, 82, widower of Rosanne M. (Durchin) Nodolski, of North Adams Street, Pottstown, PA passed away on Thursday December 5, 2013 at Manor Care, Pottstown, PA. Born in Bridgeport, PA, he was the son of the late John and Alice ( Kozak ) Nodolski. Walter had worked at Robinson Clay, formerly of Pottstown and as an optician for Galen Royer Optical in Pottstown. He last worked for Federal Mogel in Boyertown, PA. Walter was a member of St. Gabriel's R.C.C. in Stowe, PA , Holy Trinity R.C.C in Pottstown, and also the Pottstown Quoit Club. He enjoyed building model airplanes, was an avid reader of Civil War and World War II books, and also loved his Grand dogs. He served in U. S. Air Force Intelligence in the Occupation of Germany during the Korean War era. Surviving are two sons Andrew Nodolski of Williamstown, NJ and John Nodolski husband of Trish of Lower Pottsgrove Township, and daughter Mary Ellen Nodolski of Pottstown, PA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Walter is also survived by five sisters: Mary widow of Stephen Pishock of Triangle, VA, Frances widow of Joseph Kelley of Narberth, PA, Alice wife of Carl Evans of Clarks Summit, PA, Regina wife of Robert Lewis of Malvern, PA and Margaret Ann Kelly-Russo wife of David Russo of New Jersey, and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Gabriel's R.C.C. 127 East Howard Street, Stowe, PA on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe, PA. A viewing will be Tuesday evening December 10, 2013 from 7-8:30 p.m. and Wednesday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 East High Street, Pottstown, PA.
