Charles E. "C Wagon" Heaton Jr., 56, of Limerick, husband of Pamela M. (Ottens) Heaton for 27 years, passed away peacefully Monday at his home. |
Born in Willow Grove, he was the son of Marian (Hein) Heaton Valkenburg and the late Charles E. Heaton Sr.
Chuck was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta RC Church. He was a member of The Outlaws, a softball team of the Masons Mill League of Willow Grove. He was an avid golfer, and loved sports of all types, especially the Philly teams. Chuck worked at Lowes in Oaks for more than 15 years and at the Wawa in Limerick.
Surviving with his wife and mother are sons Nicholas L. Serena and Colton A. Heaton, daughter Kaitlan O. Heaton, brother R. Scott Heaton, sisters Judy Holman and Tracy Coll, and many loving nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his sister, Kimberly Olsen, and sister-in-law, Jennifer Heaton.
A memorial service will be Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 11 a.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Ltd., 329 N. Lewis Road, Royersford, with the Rev. Paul Brandt officiating. Entombment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
