CLARE HENNESY, 84, OF PHOENIXVILLE Clare (Mulhall) Hennesy, 84, wife of the late F. Charles "Charlie" Hennesy of Phoenixville, died on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 in her home with her family. Born in Norristown, she was one of five daughters of the late William and Emma (Hoffman) Mulhall. After lovingly raising her family, she worked for the Community Visiting Nurse Association of Northern Chester County. She was a long time member of St. Ann Catholic Church. Clare's devotion to her family was shown in her love and talent for cooking, gardening, sewing, and knitting for them. She loved music and played the piano beautifully. She was a former member of St. Ann's Choir and belonged to the Phoenixville Music Club. She is survived by daughters, Jean, wife of Paul Hermes of Rochester, NY; Celia wife, of Frank Rafalowski Jr. of Collegeville; Ellen M. Hennesy of Phoenixville, and Maureen, wife of Douglas Marks of Harrisburg; son, Charles P. "Chas" Hennesy of Phoenixville; five grandchildren, Paul Ryan Hermes, Adrienne Hermes, Brian Melroy, Alexa Marks and Kerri Marks, and sisters, Jean, wife of the late Garrett Martin, of Phoenixville; Ann, wife of the late Ralph Martino, of Blue Bell; Elizabeth, wife of the late Raymond Ytzaina of St. Louis, MO, and Patricia Mulhall of Langhorne. Relatives and friends may call at the Devlin-Rosmos-Kepp Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, on Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Ann Chapel, 604 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, at 10 a.m. with Rev. John J. Newns officiating. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
