DONALD E. YERGER, 68, OF PENNSBURG Donald E. Yerger, 68, of Pennsburg, passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was the husband of Nancy L. (Mack) Yerger, celebrating 40 years of marriage in October. Born in Corning, PA, he was the son of Earl E. Yerger of Pennsburg and the late Esther (Sell) Yerger. Donald was a Purchaser for Cook Specialty in Green Lane and then for Storeroom Solutions in Malvern, retiring in 2011. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Red Hill. He was a NASCAR fan and Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles and Flyers fan and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife; father; children, Jennifer L., wife of Joseph Crossan of Parkesburg, and Donald J. Yerger and wife, Donna of Boyertown; a sister, Bonnie L. Quincoses and her companion, Robert Morgan of Barto; grandchildren, Alicia M., William T. and Derrek J. Yerger and Rebecca L. Crossan, and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041, with Vicar Ryan Ferwerda officiating. Burial follows in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
