Glenn F. Borneman Obituary
Glenn F. Borneman, 76, died Monday, February 5, 2018, at Manatawny Manor, E. Coventry Twp. He was a former resident of Lightcap Rd., Limerick Twp. Mr. Borneman was born on March 22, 1941, in Limerick, to the late Glenn S. and Martha S. (Kelius) Borneman. He was a graduate of Spring-Ford High School. Before retiring, Mr. Borneman owned and operated four Limerick businesses, Limerick Classic Cars, Borneman Landscaping, Borneman Mower Service, and Limerick Turf Equipment. As a youth, he enjoyed hunting and trapping. He drag raced at area racing venues and had excellent mechanical abilities. He enjoyed the music from the 1950’s and the sound of the player piano. Despite many setbacks and struggles throughout his life he always strived to achieve his many aspirations Mr. Borneman is survived by his children, Kelli, wife of Michael Markoski, Upper Pottsgrove Twp., Gregory Borneman, Limerick Twp., and Vicki, wife of Fortunato Hernandez, Limerick Twp.; his granddaughter, Jordan Markoski; his grandsons, Jeffrey Markoski and Kaya Hernandez; his siblings, Ruth Borneman, Bechtelsville, and Robert, husband of Patricia (Hannah) Borneman, Upper Hanover Twp. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey, and sister, Martha Reyna. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, at the Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Main St., Trappe, with the Rev. Anne Cormier, Pastor, St. James United Church Of Christ, Limerick Twp., officiating. Burial will be in the Limerick Church Burial Ground. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Saturday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. James United Church Of Christ, 321 S. Limerick Rd., Limerick, PA 19468.
