Obituary Condolences

JAMES G. GRECO, 66, OF PHOENIXVILLE James G. Greco, 66, of Phoenixville, died suddenly of natural causes while hunting in Sullivan County on Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Born in Norristown, he was a son of the late James J. and Rose (Carneavale) Greco. Mr. Greco was a graduate of the Norristown High School. He retired last year after working for over 48 years at Aramark in Philadelphia. He was a member of the St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Phoenixville. Mr. Greco was also a member of the Ferko String Band in Phila., the Norristown Bocce Club, The Norristown Maenner-Chor Club, The Hemlock Haven Hunting Club in Sullivan County, and a life member of the Montgomery Hose and Fire Company in Norristown. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and making his own home made wine. Mr. Greco is survived by three children, Lisa M. Greco of Royersford; James A., husband of Rebecca (Lockard) Greco, of Limerick, and Anthony M., husband of Dana (Collins) Greco, of Norristown; one brother, Richard A., husband of Lucille (Venezia) Greco, of Norristown; seven grandchildren, Rachael, Victoria, Jimmy, Jeffrey, Steffani, Shawn and Ashley; one great-grandson, Anthony "Nino" Greco, and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Mass at the St. Ann's R.C. Chapel, 604 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. John J. Newns. Burial will be in the St. Patrick's Cemetery, East Norriton. Friends will be received from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Monday morning at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in his name to the "James G. Greco Memorial Fund", C/O National Penn Bank, 702 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
