Louise Nichol Obituary
LOUISE NICHOL, 86, OF UPPER PROVIDENCE Louise (Dreibelbis) Nichol, 86, wife of the late Arthur "Babe" Nichol, of Upper Providence, PA, died on Monday, February 3, 2014 in Parkhouse Providence Pointe, Upper Providence, PA. Born in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Maude (Adams) Dreibelbis. Louise was a graduate of Royersford High School and then attended Philadelphia Beauty School. She was the bookkeeper for her husband's electric business, Nichol's Electrical Contracting until 1981, when she opened and ran Nichol's Flower Shop on Church Street in Phoenixville. She was a member of First United Church of Christ in Royersford, Upper Providence Township Election Board, a board member of the Montgomery County Extension, delivered for Meals on Wheels, and was a lifelong member of the Mingo Women's Club for over 50 years. Surviving are her sons, Scott G. Nichol and wife Jan of Camden, DE; Bruce L Nichol and wife Kathy of Shillington, PA; grandchildren, Leigh and Tyler Raymer, Jessica and Brett Thomas and Jonathan Nichol and wife Carrie; great-grandchildren, Avery and Parker Thomas and Riley Nichol. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Russell, Oscar and Edwin. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service in First United Church of Christ, 367 Washington Street, Royersford, PA, on Saturday February 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 10 to 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the , 1617 John F.
