MARJORIE I. LANGDON, 87, OF POTTSTOWN Marjorie I. Langdon, 87, of Pottstown, widow of C. Raymond Langdon, a metallurgical chemist whom she married in 1942 died Friday at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Toronto, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Leonard V. and Irene (Mack) Hepburn. Mrs. Langdon was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Pottstown. She was past president of the Century Club and did volunteer work for the Pottstown Hospital, the Red Cross and First Presbyterian Church. Her hobbies were bridge and gardening, anthropology and The Arts. She was the loving mother of two sons, William Ray Langdon and his wife, Micheline of Montreal, Canada, and Robert L. Langdon and his wife, Christianne of Los Angeles, CA; one daughter, Jennifer I., wife of Raymond Adkins, Pottstown; two brothers; two sisters; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private at Mount Zion Cemetery. Officiating will be Reverend Carter Lester. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the American Red Cross, 701 Centre Ave., Reading, PA 19601.
