PAUL DANIEL SEYLER, 88, OF BOYERTOWN Paul Daniel Seyler, 88, of Boyertown, husband of Carol L. (Faust) Seyler, died Sunday at his residence. Born in Gabelsville, PA, he was a son of the late Paul Y. Seyler and Alice S. (Leh) Seyler. Paul worked for 30 years as a Fruit Farmer at Funk's Fruit Farm in Gabelsville. He served in the Army during WWII. Paul was a member of St. Joseph's (Hill) Lutheran Church. Paul was a life member of Liberty Fire Company in New Berlinville and a member of Pike Township Sportsmen's Association. Surviving in addition to his wife of over 61 years are five sons, Byron L. Seyler, husband of Marlene of Phoenixville; Mitchell D. Seyler of Blandon; Timothy L. Seyler of Boyertown; Randy P. Seyler of Harleysville; and Todd R. Seyler of Reading; two daughters, Paula L., wife of Curtis Bush of Atglen; and Janet L. Seyler of Boyertown; four brothers, Ammon Seyler of New Berlinville; Curtis Seyler of Boyertown; Dennis Seyler of Boyertown; and Ernest Seyler of Gabelsville; two sisters, Edith Krause of Boyertown; and Alice Sterner of Boyertown; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by one brother Clarence Seyler and one sister Sally Weil. A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at St. Joseph's (Hill) Lutheran Church, 244 Koch Road, Boyertown. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. at the church. Burial will be in Hill Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Joseph's (Hill) Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 244 Koch Road, Boyertown, PA 19512.
