Obituary Condolences

RUTH L. DOLENTI OF LIMERICK Ruth L. (Sproat) Dolenti, of Limerick, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Phoenixville Hospital. Mrs. Dolenti was born on February 26, 1930 in Warwick, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Thayssen) Sproat. She worked for Bell Telephone, Jones Motor and Commodore Semiconductors, retiring in 1991. Mrs. Dolenti enjoyed water color painting, being with friends, going to shows, working on the computer, among other things. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, AARP, Senior Fellowship and Senior Circle of Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Mrs. Dolenti was the widow of Alfred Dolenti after 52 years of marriage. Surviving are two sons, William of Lynchburg, VA, and his wife, Suzanne, and their sons, Brian and Eric, and David of Skippack and his wife, Zahia, and their daughters, Danielle and Kristin. Another son, John, died in a mid-air collision while in the US Navy and his wife, Deborah, of Virginia Beach survives along with their children, Douglas, Christina and Nichole. Also surviving are four great-grandchildren and her sister, Dolma "Dolly" Rozinski (Robert) of Royersford. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Friday, March 9, 11 a.m. at the Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 W. Main St., Trappe, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Interment will be private. Contributions in Mrs. Dolenti's memory may be made to the , 1620 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.
