Jean M. (Mulhall) Martin, 88, wife of the late Garrett F. Martin, of Phoenixville, PA, died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014 at LifeCare Hospital in West Chester.|
Born in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late William P. and Emma C. (Hoffman) Mulhall.
She graduated from St. Ann's Business School in Phoenixville.
Jean worked at the former Phoenixville Bridge Company and was the payroll clerk for the Phoenixville School District for 21 years.
She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and had also worked the election polls at the Phoenixville Public Library.
She is survived by her son, Neil P. Martin, of Phoenixville, her daughter, Constance M. Ray, of Kimberton; her grandchildren Allison Ray, Natalya Martin and Andrew Ray; her sisters, Ann Martino, Elizabeth Ytzaina, and Patricia Mulhall, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Clare Hennesy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass in St. Ann Catholic Church, Main Street at Third Avenue, Phoenixville, Pa., Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
A viewing will be held in the church Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
