Marian K. (Westley) Steinle, 104, of Amity Township, died quietly at home on March 22, 2014, surrounded by family.|
She was the widow of Warren T. "Rummy" Steinle, who died in 1984.
Born in Mohnton, Pa., on Feb. 21, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Margaret (Kurtz) Westley.
Marian was the owner/operator of the former "Rummy's Polynesian House Restaurant" for 50 years, retiring in 1975.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda L., wife of Stanley J. Okuniewski, with who she resided, Patricia L., widow of Wilbur "Bud" Kling, of Douglassville, Pa.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and three great-great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two brothers, John and Eugene Westley, and two sisters, Ethel Hain and Kathryn Tibbets.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2014, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Dengler Funeral Home Inc., 144 N. Spruce St., Birdsboro, Pa.
Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale, Pa., at the convenience of the family.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014, at noon in St. Paul's U.C.C., 1312 Old Swede Road, Douglassville, Pa.
