Jon A. Fleer, age 41, husband of Sharon A. Donovan, of Boyertown, Pa., died Friday evening, March 28, 2014. |
Born in Camden, N.J., he was a son of Robert A. (Ann) Fleer, of Md., and Anne C. (the late George) Metz, of Royersford, Pa.
Jon was a 1991 graduate of the Spring-Ford High School. He worked as a driver for the Haines and Kibblehouse Group, Reading Site Contractors.
Jon will be missed by his loving family and many friends. He was a giving man who did everything for those he loved. He had a beautiful smile and an amazing sense of humor that brought joy to everyone.
In addition to his wife and parents, Jon is survived by his maternal grandmother, Amelia Kozminski; brother, Matthew R. Fleer; five step-siblings, George (Donna) Metz, Sarah (Larry) Mooney, Daniel Morris (Ashley Shaw), Benjamin Morris (Elena Gomez), Andrew Morris; one nephew, Zachary; one niece, Ava; sister-in-law: Holly Donovan; brother-in-law: Patrick Donovan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Lewis Road at Walnut Street, Royersford, PA 19468, Thursday morning, April 3, 2014, at 10 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Peter J. DiMaria. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken, Pa. Friends will be received from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday evening and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday morning at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington St., Royersford, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the "Jon A. Fleer Memorial Fund," c/o Phoenixville Federal, 70 N. Lewis Road, Royersford, PA 19468.
