BARBARA E. HOCHWIND, 57 Barbara E. (Guidici) Hochwind, 57, wife of William F. Hochwind, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 in the Bryn Mawr Hospital surrounded in love and held by her husband and four children. Barbara was born in Norristown, PA. She was the daughter of Rose Marie (Imperial) Guidici of Norristown and the late Earl P. Guidici. She was a 1975 graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School. A loving wife and mother, she worked for many years in the family business, Valley Forge Kitchen and Bath. Most recently, Barbara was the Assembly Department Manager for defense contractor, Geissele Automatics. She attended St. Basil the Great Catholic Church in Kimberton and Visitation B.V.M. Catholic Church in Trooper. Barbara enjoyed gardening, cooking, music, the shore and making her house a home. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Marie wife of Daniel DeNicola of Exton and Stephanie Patricia wife of Christopher E. Rowland of St. Augustine, FL; her sons, William Jr. and wife Christine Hochwind of Warminster and Michael Earl Hochwind of Elverson, and four grandchildren, Daniel, Katie, AnnaMarie and Ashley. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Mia DeNicola, and sister, Patricia Guidici. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Kimberton, PA on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Memorial contributions to purchase permanent floral arrangements may be sent to St. Basil the Great Church, PO Box 637, Kimberton, PA 19442.
