HELEN LONGACRE, 86, OF PHOENIXVILLE Helen (Fedchak) Longacre, 86, wife of the late Howard J. "Cal" Longacre, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA, died peacefully at home with her family by her side on Friday, June 13, 2014. Born in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Zukywich) Fedchak. She received her cosmetology license in 1961 and worked for William and Louis Hair Fashions of Jeffersonville, PA until her retirement in 1994. Helen was a lifelong member of Holy Ghost Orthodox Church in Phoenixville, She was an active member of the Altar Society and enjoyed being an important part of the "baking crew" for the church food sales. Surviving are step-children: Tracey wife of John Bilanin of Gilbertsville, PA, and H. John Longacre, III husband of Samantha of Oxford, PA; three grandchildren: Andrew and Bryan Bilanin and Andrea Longacre, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, William, Joseph and Nicholas Fedchak; four sisters, Mary Fedchak, Sadie Hemmer, Catherine DeFrancesco and Frances Raymond. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, Starr Street at Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. with the Very Rev. John R. Fedornak officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery, Mont Clare, PA. Relatives and Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Holy Ghost Memorial Fund, P.O.
