Ronald Paul. Postell Obituary

Ronald Paul Postell, 58, of Douglassville, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, August 1. He was the husband of Gina M. (DiMatteo) Postell. Ron was born in Pottstown to his loving mother Madeline R. (Kurtz) Postell and his best friend and father, the late Paul Dupre Postell.
After graduation from Spring-Ford Area High School, he completed his Tool and Die apprenticeship at Synthane. He continued his career at National Foam and Machined Metals.
Ron is remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, soon-to-be grandfather, and friend to all. His generous heart and amazing outlook on life will never be forgotten. Ron loved hunting with his family, fishing at the NJ shore, and was an avid softball player and Phillies fan.
In addition to his wife of 33 years, he is survived by his daughters and their spouses: Stephanie and Ryan Tuskey, of Sinking Spring and Carly and Jeffrey Povilaitis of Sinking Spring; brothers Ed Postell and his wife Becky, of Collegeville; Jim Postell and his wife Ann, of Brisbane, Australia; and sister Pam Marino and husband Vince, of Limerick.
His memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Officiating will be the Rev. James R. Roth. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ron's memory may be made to the Seasons Hospice Foundation, 6400 Shafer Court, Suite 700, Rosemont, IL 60018 or Montgomery County SPCA, 19 East Ridge Pike, PO Box 222, Conshohocken, PA 19428-0222.
