MARY D. BITTERMAN, 55, OF SCHWENKSVILLE Mary D. Bitterman, 55, of Schwenksville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at her home following a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was the wife of Michael A. Bitterman. She was born in Scotch Plains, NJ to the late Robert and Mary (Murphy) Dougherty. Mary was a graduate of Holy Spirit High School in Atlantic City, NJ. She was self-employed with her husband in operating Little Bitts Services. Mary loved camping, cooking, rally cars and will be remembered for her strong will. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons: Michael A. Jr. and Matthew R. Bitterman, both of Schwenksville; siblings: Polli Bitterman, of Bethlehem, Dorie Fischer, of West Virginia, Barbara Davenport (Carl), of California, and Robert Dougherty (Kim) of New Hampshire. She was predeceased by siblings: Kerry, Donna and Linda. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 16, at 9:30 a.m. at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta R.C. Church, 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473. Officiating will be Rev. Paul S. Brandt. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 7-8:30 p.m. at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main St. at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460 and at church on Saturday from 8:15-9:15 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Seasons Hospice Foundation, 700 S.
