DEBORAH C. WASSEL, 60, OF SPRING CITY Deborah C. (Lureen) Wassel, 60, wife of J. Scott Wassel, of Spring City, PA, died on Thursday, August 14, 2014 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Phoenixville, PA, she is the daughter of Arnold and Rose (Posta) Lureen of Phoenixville, PA. Deborah worked as a cook at the Spring City Veterans Center. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter, Michelle (Kelley) wife of Kirk Adelsberger of Mount Juliet, TN; her three grandchildren, Kevin Adelsberger, 13; Kelley Adelsberger, 11, and Konnor Adelsberger, 7; her brother, Brian and wife Joan Lureen of Phoenixville, PA; her nephew, Alex, and her niece, Daria. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the , 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
