Obituary Condolences

FRANCES HUNDER, 86, OF MONT CLARE Frances (Losynsjka) Hunder, 86, wife of Petro Hunder, of Mont Clare, PA, died suddenly at home on Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Mrs. Hunder was born in Yaboniw, Ukraine. She was the daughter of the late Ivan and Helena Losynsjka. She came to the United States in 1949 and became a citizen on March 26, 1965. Mrs Hunder was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Phoenixville. Mrs. Hunder enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, going to the casinos and was a loyal Phillies fan. In addition to her husband of 57 years, she is survived by daughters, Vera Wisler, Pottstown; Mary Ann Praweckyj, Reading; sons, John Praweckyj, Pottstown; Pete Hunder Jr. (wife Cathy), Pottstown; and very loving daughter-in-law, Marie Praweckyj of Phoenixville; sister, Anna Losynsjka, one nephew and three cousins all in Ukraine; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son, Russell Praweckyj, and grandson, Patrick Simes. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on May 15, 2012 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Phoenixville. A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent the Phoenixville Hospital Cancer Center, 824 S Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
