MARTIN ROBERT HORVATH, 86 Martin Robert Horvath, 86, passed away. Born in Phoenixville, he is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jeanette (Gravinese) Horvath; two daughters, Mary Ellen (Horvath) Forsythe, wife of Douglas Forsythe, and Cheryl Ann (Horvath) Bailey-Emery, wife of Ralph Emery; five grandchildren, Jason Forsythe, wife Ashley (Finck) Forsythe; Brett Forsythe, wife Jessica (Kulp) Forsythe; Caitlin (Bailey) Dulzcak, wife of John Dulzcak; Brittin Bailey, and Benjamin Bailey; two step-grandchildren, Michael Emery and Heather (Emery) Puskar, wife of David Puskar; two great-grandchildren, Ava and Adam Forsythe, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy (Horvath) Adams; nephew, Dr. Calvin Adams, and son-in-law, Bruce Bailey. He was a 1943 Graduate of Phoenixvlile High School and a World War II Veteran, serving four years in the U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marines. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors all his life. Woodworking was a hobby and a profession. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was well received on his walks through the neighborhood. Services are being held at St. Basil the Great Church, 2300 Kimberton Road, Kimberton, PA 19442, on Saturday, January 5, 2013. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at 9:15 a.m. with Memorial Mass to follow at 10 a.m. In lieu of flower, memorial contributions may be made to Southeastern Veteran's Center, Attn: April Harley, 1 Veterans Drive, Spring City, PA 19475 or Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, Lockbox #1352, P.O.
