Margaret "Margie" (Gresh) Erb, 83, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013, peacefully at her home in Wyomissing. She was the wife of Harry H. Erb, with whom she shared 65 years of loving marriage. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Russell T. and Marie (Wagner) Gresh.
Margaret worked for many years at Saville's Diner in Boyertown. She also worked as a waitress for several years in Naples, Fla. Her hobbies included baking for her family, crocheting, and playing bingo. In retirement, she enjoyed many years of traveling to Colorado and Florida to visit family. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
In addition to her husband, Harry, Margaret is survived by her two sons, Larry D. Erb, and his wife, Emilie, of Highlands Ranch, Colo., Jeffrey G. Erb, and his wife, Lori, of Boyertown, and one daughter, Wendy K. Butler, and her husband, Anthony, of Pottstown. Other survivors include three brothers, Russell L. Gresh, of Jensen Beach, Fla., Robert L. Gresh, of Boyertown, and Timothy D. Gresh, of Hope Sound, Fla. She had nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley M. Hagenbuch.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating Margaret's life Wednesday, May 1, at 2:30 p.m. at the Berean Bible church, 2675 E. High St., Pottstown, Pa. The family will greet guests at 1:30 p.m. Burial services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Pediatric Oncology Deptartment of The Alfred I. DuPont Hospital, Wilmington, DE, 19803, in honor of Justyce Butler, or to Susquehanna Service Dogs, 555 LeSentier Lane, Harrisburg, PA, 17112, in honor of Matthew Erb.

Rest in peace Aunt Margaret. I will miss your beautiful smile, caring heart and spirit. I was very blessed to have such a wonderful Aunt as you. Our paths will cross again one day and it will be a joyful reunion. Love and prayers.
