Amber N. Bernstiel, 30, of Norristown, died Friday, June 28, at Mercy Suburban Hospital, East Norriton.
A lifelong resident of Norriston, Bernstiel was the daughter of Kenneth M. Bernstiel and Donna (DeMarco) Brown.
She worked as a server at the Norristown Diner.
She was a member of St. Teresa Avila Roman Catholic Church.
Amber was known for her beautiful smile, witty laugh and her heart of gold.
Amber is survived by her mother Donna (DeMarco), husband of David Brown, of Norristown; father Kenneth M. Bernstiel and his wife Amy, of Sanatoga; son Damien Danella of East Norriton; brothers Cole Bernstiel of Sanatoga, and David Brown of Norristown; a sister, Dana Brown of Norristown; boyfriend Ian Pilcicki of Norristown; she is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Martin Bernstiel Jr.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 E. Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Friends may call Tuesday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home.
Interment will be private in St. Augustine Cemetery.
