Obituary Condolences


Larry L. Ziegler, 62, of Main Street in Collegeville, died Tuesday, October 8, at home.
Mr. Ziegler was born on November 18, 1950, in Pottstown, and was a son of the late William H. and Dorothy B. (Ziegler) Ziegler. He was a graduate of Schwenksville High School and served with the U.S. Army, in Vietnam.
Before he retired, Larry worked at the Superior Tube Co., in Lower Providence from 1973-1997. During his retirement, he was self-employed.
Larry was a member of the American Legion. He loved spending time with his many friends and family and especially his dog "Buddy." He enjoyed spending time at the shore and going to concerts. Also, he was an avid Eagles fan.
Larry is survived by his son, Kevin L. husband of April (Gerges) Ziegler, of Lower Frederick; his granddaughter Charlotte Ziegler; his siblings, William, husband of Joy (Roberts) Ziegler, of Reading, Mary Lou, wife of Robert Weber, of Red Hill, and JoAnn, wife of Worth Harper, of Petersburg, W.V.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, October 20th, at the Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Main Street, Trappe, with the Rev. William A. Vanderslice, Pastor, St. Paul Lutheran Church, in Red Hill, officiating. Friends may call from 2 - 2:45 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, 702 S. Sixth Street, Allentown, PA 18103; or the Montgomery County SPCA, P.O. Box 222, Conshohocken, PA 19428-0222.
