Richard A. Darcy
Fishkill - Richard A. Darcy, 62, entered into eternal rest on December 3, 2012 after a courageous and miraculous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by family and friends at home.

In his younger days, Richard loved to ride his dirt bike and he threw discus for Beacon High. An avid hunter and fisherman, Richard loved to be outdoors, especially on Mt. Beacon, and to pass these loves on to his children and grandchildren. He was a lifemember and past president of East Hook Sportsmen's Association and was an active board member of East Hook until his death.

Cousin Rich,
There is no forgetting our timeless youth together, growing up across the street from each other, running and playing in the wide open spaces, beneath the wild hair of summer trees, in the shadow of Mt. Beacon. You are forever part of that mountain and forever part of that wondrous time. You shall be dearly missed, my cousin and friend...
